Another thrifted Coach bag, score! This one rang in at a whopping $4. And that is all I have to say about that!

On another note, everything in this outfit was thrifted. And while I do feel proud that I'm able to throw together so many outfits that are 90-100% thrifted, I feel like kind of an asshole saying "Everything in this outfit is thrifted." It's kind of like the people who brag about the thyme they grew in their backyard. Not that growing your own spices isn't awesome, but that sort of thing has a tendency to come off as exuberantly pretentious.
Crap, I'm offending people.

I was feeling slightly less creative today, though I must admit that sometimes the outfits I think are less creative end up being well-liked/ I get compliments --and vice versa. This blouse actually has tiny white polka dots on it, but you can't really make them out in these photos (should have taken a close up!).

Ms. Ivy Lou Toodles

Introducing...



...my new pride and joy, Ms. Ivy Lou Toodles. Ms. Ivy Lou is a bench legged beagle from a local rescue group and she is basically the best pet in the entire universe. Today I took her on a walk while Ben took pictures of us walking.



We ventured into the alleyways of Richmond, which are so often full of lovely surprises. Today was no exception!

I'm so in love with this thrift find! I've come so close to buying an American Tourister luggage bag off Etsy for sometime, but I like this yellow bag I found in a thrift store much better than most things I've seen on Etsy lately. Sometimes holding off on online purchases can really pay off!

Okay so I haven't updated in forever, due to not having had internet for the past three weeks because I've moving into my new apartment (photos to come soon). Also we adopted an adorable beagle doggy who has been occupying my much of our time (again, photos to come soon)!

Anyway, I've been slowly adding fun elements to my apartment, one of which being my hat collection, which I've hung on the wall. These are only my summer hats, of course. I'll switch them out when Fall comes.
